    Up for auction is a WW1 or WW2 era chained breast eagle & shield with the Royal cypher of King Vittorio Emmanuel III of Italy. A search has found photos of  members of the House Of Savoy wearing this badge on a sash across their chest
    . The badge is about 10" long and in good condition. There is some wear, tarnish & verdigris.
