Vintage Bronze Medal French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte Aquila Redux 1809

Description

I am offering for sale a vintage bronze medal depicting Napoleon Bonaparte on the obverse and a scene commemorating the Aquila Redux in 1809 on the reverse.  The reverse of the medal depicts a figure representing the Tiber River holding a cornucopia and rudder reclining on his urn at the foot of the capital with a Temple of Jupiter and at his feet are Romulus and Remus with a wolf and an eagle flying over head.  It measures 1 5/8" in diameter and 1/8" thick.
