    Description

    820+ pages titled "ENGINEERING LOG-SURFACE VESSELS."   From the destroyer USS DALY DD-519.  EVERYTHING that happened in engineering aboard that ship from 22 March 1959 until 25 October 1959.  This is an original document right from the ship while being scrapped.  Many names as each watch was required to sign after making remarks.  These 820 pages cover the ship while on a Mediterranean Cruise.
    Between 17 March and 11 October 1959, she returned to the Mediterranean, the Red Sea and Persian Gulf. On 2 May 1960, at Norfolk, she was decommissioned and placed in reserve.
