As much as I hate to do it, pricing increases are happening. The USPS and all the other private carriers went up on rates. A simple 9 ounce package is .33, thank you USPS. Trust me, ill be my prices as low as I can with the cost of toner, paper, and shipping!
Remastering Explained
Remastering a track chart starts with the scan.  Pages that are improperly scanned are straightened. Then lines that are drawn within the page are cleaned or redrawn all together for legibility and appearance purposes EXACTLY like the original.
Then all wording is examined for legibility and print quality. Lettering that is NOT to standard is then cleaned, but in most cases, a font is built around the original lettering. This maintains the historical value of the chart and allows the user to understand whats being said.
The final process is to remove all print burn (little black spots), pencil/ink lines that were drawn (unless it is important to the chart itself) and the pages are printed. The paper used is 20 lb. ultra bright paper (93 brightness). The covers are developed and printed on 110 lb bright stock paper. After this the books are bound with plastic spiral media and shrink wrapped for protection.
This process takes anywhere from 20-200 hours depending on page count and damage. This leaves the end user with a collectible and USABLE copy that is durable and beautiful at the same time.
All equipment and paper used to develop these charts are professional quality. This is not a backyard operation.
