30" Size Comes with a 2 3/4" swivel bolt snap which opens 3/8" and keeps the loop securely attached to any size grooming arm. Best for XS-Medium Size dogs.
Designed to fit most size dog necks up to 26". Pet restraint measures 30"Long.
34" Size Comes with thicker cable and a larger, heavier-duty 3" swivel bolt snap which opens 1/2" and keeps the loop securely attached to any size grooming arm.
Best for Larger dogs. Designed to fit most size dog necks up to 30". Pet restraint measures 34"Long.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description).
Please Note: Due to the high-precision nature of all Shears and Scissors we sell, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 10 days. If product is found to be defective on receipt, you may return for exchange of same product.
Items must be returned in same condition they were sent to you in-new, clean condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes, etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a fee may be charged, or you may only receive a partial refund.  After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if any).
RETURNS: If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. Most items can now be returned via eBay’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your eBay purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g.  just didn't like it, does not fit, found better price, changed my mind, item defective, etc.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated EBay system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return, I will process refund.

Yes, I do offer a combined shipping discount. All items

until I have sent you a combined invoice with shipping discount applied. This will generate a message to me that you have made purchases and I can then send out a corrected invoice with discount.
