Order of Railroad Telegraphers Membership signed card 1898

Description

This is a membership card for the Order of the Railroad Telegraphers. On one side it is Issued and signed by the member W.O. Dawson and was "good until JUNE 30th 1898 unless revoked. Also signed by W.V. Powell (Grand chief) and N.B. Perkauer (grand secretary and treasurer). There is a circular faded stamp over the center of the card but I cannot make out what it says. The second side is the notice with backprint of 1989. Countersigned by H. B Perkauer (unclear on the signature). The top right reads "A.J & S. F. System Div. 23. Certificate No. 201. There is a signature line under the notice which is NOT signed. There is a faded pink stamped number below the signature line reading 1758. Condition: card is intake but has smudging and dirt throughout. As above, not able to make out all the details of the stamps or clarity of signature names. Will be sent between cardboard in tyvec envelope.
