It's 4" wide, 2-1/4" diameter that tapers down to about 3-1/2". This will make the muscles closer to your wrist work much harder then they would with a normal square or rectangular hub. This Trapezoid hub will blast your grip. From intermediate to advanced. Works great with loading pins with weights like Cap, Rogue, Troy, Body Solid, Gold's Gym, Fitness Gear, York, Rep Fitness, USA Sports, Weider, Valor, Ethos, Titan, and Xmark.
