These letters are from the Florida East Coast Railway Co Corporate office that was located in St Augustine.  The letters were recovered during renovations and previous employees collections once the corporate office was shut down in St. Augustine. I have numerous Important Historical Henry Flagler and FECRY items listed.  4 letters in all.
Rare Jan 19, 1909- Guaranty Trust Company of New York Double Signed Henry Flagler Loan Note for ,000,000.00 Loan at 5%, using 0,000.00, 0,000.00 FECRY & ,000 Standard Oil Co Stock as Collateral.  Was said the loan was used after the hurricanes to help finish the Key West Extension. Signed Front and Back by Henry Flagler.
Rare Jan 16, 1909- Notary and Salter Signed letter with Seal, validating the above document by Henry Flagler, Authorizing the use of collateral for the ,000,000.00 loan from Guaranty Trust.
Rare July 18, 1910-FECRY JR Parrot, President Signed letter to WH Chambers to cancel the above mentioned ,000,000.00 loan note, referencing Mr. Beardsley and 1902 Mortgage.
Rare May 1, 1909- FECRY- State of Florida St Johns County JR Parrot and Jenison Signed letter in reference to the previous above mentioned document stating that Mr. Henry Flagler is entitled to ,741,00.00 bonds issued in 1902 Colonial Trust Company of New York.
