Fire Starting Tinder Tube Fire Cord "SALE"
This auction is for tinder tube fire cord. This is used primarily for making fire with a steel striker. Comes with a 12" 100% cotton cord and a solid brass sleeve. Tinder tubes have been used for centuries, but is kind of a lost art these days. To use, simply char the end of the cotton cord first. Then once that's done, use it as you would char cloth by igniting the end with a spark from the flint and steel. When you have made your fire, to extinguish, simply slip the brass sleeve over the exposed charred cord. I
