Chessie C&O Railroad Rain "Bonnet" Plastic

Description

Here we have a C&O Railroad giveaway from the past.  A rain bonnet to protect your grandma's hairdo when caught unexpectedly in the rain.  I don't remember seeing anyone use these beyond the 1960's (and for good reason), so I would guess it to be from that era, but it certainly could be later.  Plastic snap case is about 3 inches long.  Contains a gold folded rain cap, as pictured.  Features Chessie.
