If you're restoring, or just maintaining, an early Porsche Turbo, you suddenly find yourself working on a quarter-million dollar car. That being the case, original, NOS parts are getting harder to find every day. If you need them, get them now. They're not getting any cheaper (or any easier to find).
I acquired this part for one of my personal restorations but my shop was able to repair my original. This rare, 911 Turbo Carrera heat shield is as good as it gets. Still wearing its original primer, it's a brand new, never installed part with only some minor shelf wear from decades in storage. You might look for years to find another and, let's face it, the chances are pretty good you'll never again see one as nice as this. I have included multiple high-resolution photos showing the exact condition of this item.
