    The Missouri-Illinois Railroad served both states along the Mississippi River and was connected with a river ferry. It was owned by, and later incorporated into, the Missouri Pacific Railroad. Items from this railroad are seldom found, but I offer for auction a LOT of 2 debit checks from 1958.

    Items from this railroad are seldom found, but I offer for auction
    a LOT of 2 checks from 1958.
    This checks are in
    excellent condition
    , even though
    some 70+ years old
    . Measuring appx 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and printed on medium-weight paperstock, the checks have no rips or tears, and all writing/markings are from there use. There is some minor rust staining on one check from old paperclips used by the railroad (see scans).
